1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The item was delivered in unacceptable condition

Return Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Products must remain unopened and unused
  • Original packaging and safety seals must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase may be required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Clearance or flash sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage

3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

Additional charges may apply for price differences or shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds may be issued through:
    • Bank Transfer
    • JazzCash
    • EasyPaisa
    • Store Credit (where applicable)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error occurred from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

6. Failed Deliveries & Refused Parcels

Orders refused by customers or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to verification before future orders are accepted.
