We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines are typically:
- Lahore: 2–5 working days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during:
- Public holidays
- Weather disruptions
- Courier operational delays
- High-volume sales periods
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 10,000
- Standard shipping charges apply to orders below PKR 10,000
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

6. Delayed Shipments
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or operational factors beyond our control.
In certain cases, Vivioptal.pk may offer store credit, discount coupons, or compensation at its discretion.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Vivioptal.pk will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
8. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or remains unavailable after multiple courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to our facility.
Repeated failed orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
